This trainings big aim is to educate you on the importance of creating a solid & structured day for your co-worker; how to maximise their productivity and to create an environment in which the entire team benefits from the practices we will teach you. This training will provide you with realistic examples of situations where communication can go wrong; and equip you with smart thinking and composure to resolve these situations in a positive and constructive way. Remember this is a video training so you can pause at any time; make notes & return to the learning whenever you’re ready!
