About the CPD course

This workshop is the second of four in the Coaching for Safe and Improved Culture Programme. This builds upon workshop 1 and focusses on the results of the culture diagnostic too. Participants are introduced to concepts around failure and our cultural attitudes towards it; its relationship to psychological safety and team performance; the learning organisation; driver diagrams; stakeholder analysis and have an opportunity to deep dive into the results of the SCORE tool in teams with their coach.
