GROW Your Business through Coaching

The “GROW Your Business through Coaching” module enables Sales Managers to develop their teams through coaching using the GROW coaching and 2 - 4 minute feedback processes. Managers will be able to deliver structure; developmental coaching to a consistently high standard to achieve results. The module is interactive and uses spacing and on the job activities to enable managers to practice their skills and transfer learning into the live environment. It includes games; best practice demonstrations and assessments. Learners can also access 2 byte sized videos on prospecting with social media; they can use as coaching aids with their teams.
