About the CPD course

This course had been designed to share the requirements and procedures to be able to conduct a Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB). FIDIC has now brought DAB (1999) to Dispute Avoidance and Adjudication Board (DAAB) (2017) on a standing format; enhancing their role in a construction project. The course focuses on legal and contractual backgrounds; mechanisms; project management features and procedural rules. The course is built upon the new features of the 2017 FIDIC Forms and the sessions highlight the main differences between the 1999 Conditions of Contracts and the new 2017 Edition as to DAB/DAAB.
