About the CPD course

This virtual or in person training course was designed to provide individuals responsible for; or part of their organisations crisis management team with the competencies necessary to actively participate in protection and resilience of their organisation people and assets. The course addresses the methodology behind effective crisis management response; defines the roles and responsibilities of a crisis management team; provide effective approach for situation monitoring and decision-making; and carries out a simulation to help learn; consolidate and apply crisis management response best practice techniques.
