simplifAI 2 – An introduction to Self-service Personalised AI

The course will cover an introduction to Self-Service Personalised AI; including an overview of what it is; its benefits and applications; followed by an in-depth look at how it works. This will include topics such as Large Language Models; Vision-Only Models versus Multi-Modal Vision Language Models (VLMs); and the different types of Multi-Modal VLMs. Additionally; the session will explore deployment challenges and mitigation strategies; focusing on compute requirements and system architecture. The introduction will take approximately 10 minutes; with 20-minute segments dedicated to understanding the technology and addressing deployment considerations.
