About the CPD course
This course is aimed at managers or team leaders who have attended our previous Mental Health Awareness for Line Managers course. To provide managers with practical tools and strategies they can use to manage responsibilities and pressures they may find themselves under when supporting others. This hands-on and interactive session has been designed to encourage open discussion around support structures; both personal and organisational; that can be put in place to reduce the pressure managers may feel they are under.
