This course is aimed at individuals who have previously attended the Mental Health Wellbeing & First Aid course. This hands-on and interactive session has been designed to encourage open discussion and explore support options that might not have been considered; signposting to external structures and using existing organisational pathways of support. To help upskill your current methods of support and signposting portfolio; we would like to bring your real life First Aid support successes or obstacles to the workshop for discussion by completing a short questionnaire on a scenario you have helped a person with; in advance of the workshop.
