Good Practice in Volunteer Management - Support and Supervision

Training Course Jewish Volunteering Network

About the CPD course

Ensuring volunteers are recruited to roles that match their skills and interests is essential to a successful placement. A good induction process and on going supervision will allow the volunteer to grow and develop into the role. As a participant you will work with your peers to understand the skills needed for successful volunteer recruitment in your organisation; taking into account the volunteers' needs and those of the organisation. Areas covered will include identifying opportunities; creating role outlines; recruitment; induction; supervision and health and safety.
