This course is designed for qualified counsellors who want to develop their theoretical basis and practical skills in clinical supervision. It is based on an Integrative relational approach to supervision and supervisor practice. Our open; creative; relational approach supports participants to develop a stance of sharing and exchange many areas of knowledge and expertise. This also includes the diversity of different modalities providing a richness of experience and critical challenge throughout the training. Participants will be given the time and space to develop their own individual style of practicing as a supervisor.
