About the CPD course

This programme shows how the changing face of the workplace impacts on menopause management. You will learn not only how to identify and understand menopause but also how to use the tools provided to engage with and support staff and colleagues; with the aim of giving them the confidence to address their own menopause symptoms. You will be shown how to measure this and see results through reduced absenteeism and improved productivity. Covid-19 has accelerated new hybrid working conditions: you will be kept up-to-date with new working practices and how this may affect colleagues.
