About the CPD course

Decision Making & problem solving are important skills for business and life. The key difference between problem solving and decision making is that solving problems is a process; whereas making decisions is an action based on insights derived during the problem-solving process. This two day experiential workshop will enable the participants to use different decision making tools to solve problems by breaking it down to manageable components using critical thinking. It will help those in Leadership and Management roles to understand the difference between the two and aim to make lifelong improvements in both skill sets.
