About the CPD course
This online course will give you a broad understanding of health and wellness; various roles and responsibilities of the health coach; and a list of diet fundamentals such as how your diet affects health and how a bad diet can impact your health adversely. You will understand what diet to include in your daily routine for longevity; the number of calories intake; body weight and health; healthy weight ranges; and much more. This online course will teach you; different food groups; to consume daily; such as green vegetables; grains; beans and legumes; fruits; nuts; seeds; etc. By the end of the course; you will have a basic idea of different diets; diet coaching; weight loss and muscle growth coaching; exercise coaching - cardio; resistance training; flexibility; and coaching tools.
