Meeting Management Training at QLS Level 5

This online course is beneficial for those who want to conduct and manage one-on-one meetings. You will understand the type of conversations to include in the discussion; plan one-on-one meetings; and prepare your schedule. This online course will teach you the five stages of the meeting; meeting room layout; rapport building skills; listening skills; and questioning skills. You will learn particular types of one-on-one meetings such as staff-focused one-on-one meetings; checkpoint or (status) meetings; informal feedback meetings. By the end of the course; you will have a good understanding of how to conduct one-on-one meetings effectively; their various types; and the significance of the one-on-one meeting.
