This course will introduce participants to the skills of empowering listening. More importantly; it will develop them as listening people who recognise and understand the positive impact of listening on mental resilience and wellbeing as early intervention and prevention. The learning gained will enhance communication skills able to be used in all personal relationships; within families; at work; in schools and in communities. It will also impact on personal health and wellbeing through self-reflection. This 6module course uses a range of teaching methods and activities for learning; including detailed PDFs to download as an aide memoire.
