About the CPD course
The Microbial Risk Analysis in Food Safety training course equips participants with a deep understanding of microbial hazards in the food chain and provides them with the necessary skills to effectively manage these risks. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical applications; participants will learn about the identification; assessment; and management of microbial risks throughout the food chain. The course covers topics such as microbial hazards commonly found in food; risk assessment methodologies; risk management strategies; food safety objectives and risk communication.
