About the CPD course
This blended course is designed to develop essential knowledge and skills that will ensure the mentorship process within an educational context is based on support and development. The synchronous version involves topics ranging from understanding mentors’ roles and responsibilities to developing skills and understanding a more frequent; consistent and focused observation. The asynchronous part will include topics That will help participants to have a better understanding of the framework for teaching. The assignments will include case studies; sample lessons; setting relevant SMART goals; practice of the monitoring system and observation focus points.
