About the CPD course

This virtual workshop; delivered via Zoom; is the final module in our trilogy of workshops to prepare for our Diversity & Inclusivity Strategy; which cements the importance of organisational socialisation and the correct line management approach towards team members and colleagues; in fostering an environment of consistent control and direction; aligned with respect and inclusivity. The workshop explores the managers leadership qualities focusing on the make-up of the team and the managers ability to be cognisant of their own personal bias; showing an increased level of cultural awareness with the intelligence to recognise the collective characteristics of the team.
