Homelessness; Health and Palliative Care: Community of Practice

Online Course Marie Curie

About the CPD course

This programme has been developed to build and run local communities of practice to support people experiencing homelessness; who have multiple and complex needs and may benefit from palliative care support. We hope that each community will include people from a range of professional groups in your local area to enable you to collectively support people experiencing homelessness. We hope that front-line homelessness staff; who often struggle to get multi agency support for their clients; will form a key part of this community. The programme consists of 8 sessions covering a range of topics around homelessness; health and palliative care.
