About the CPD course

A course designed to cover the relevant mental health first aid principles specifically for children and young people. The course delivers content on: Mental Health and the law including sections; Recognising and understanding stress; anxiety and depression; Engaging someone to talk about their mental health who may be reluctant to do so; Recognising more complex mental health issues; Common psychotropic medications; Self-care: Managing and maintaining your own mental health; Signposting.
