This programme develops a managerial solution-focused mindset which equips participants to find solutions; options and a way forward in any situation. They will learn self-assessment and self-management skills to help them to stay focused and productive. They will learn how to flex their approach and communication style to different personalities so they can engage effectively at all levels. They will learn tools to connect; influence and engage others through a positive first communication suite of tools which is complemented with questioning techniques; listening skills and prioritising tools to help develop high levels of managerial capability to collaborate and co-create.
