Disability Etiquette in the Workplace

The Disability Etiquette workshop introduces some of the fundamental elements of building an inclusive workplace through exploring three key areas of disability: visual impairment; hearing loss and neurodiversity. The workshop supports participants to develop knowledge and awareness in terms of conditions; how they are manifest and how they impact on the health and emotional wellbeing of individuals. The workshop will also inspire collaborative solutions-focussed thinking enabling participants to consider the small but high impact adjustments that can be made to everyday business and office practice that will build a more inclusive and effective working environment.
