Our study day is firmly grounded in evidence based practice. We have been commissioned to provide training for the NHS and health professionals since 2007. The workshop content is highly engaging; interactive and relevant to all community staff working with families with young children experiencing sleep problems. We aim to provide a forum for the discussion and exploration of children's sleep problems. Why sleep problems arise; common techniques; assessing problems and planning a sleep programme. At the end of the day our goal is to equip professionals with the skills to support and advise families.

Millpond Sleep Clinic have been commissioned to deliver workshops to NHS staff since 2007 and to-date have trained over 10,000 health professionals. Our workshop training is now mandatory in many Trusts across the UK and Eire.
Firmly rooted in science and evidence-based practice, our sleep workshops are led by registered nurses and health visitors who have specialised in children’s sleep for over 20 years.
