This informative session is specifically designed to educate delegates about the Engage Approach to ending domestic abuse. This is the whole family; whole system strategy that we use at My CWA and are now consulting and training external agencies on; due to its emphasis on safeguarding victims whilst holding perpetrators to account; an area of development in the sector. The session is aimed to support delegates in feeling more encouraged to work with perpetrators through strengthening their understanding of theories relating to domestic abuse; neutral stance and communication. This is delivered as a webinar with space for questions and discussion.
