About the CPD course

This programme will introduce the role of Care Navigator to help build confidence in signposting to local services. The programme will suit a wide range of primary care staff working in non-clinical roles; for example; receptionists; administrative staff; new starters; team members involved in providing clinical services and Health Care Assistant roles. The programme will help meet the need to deliver Neighbourhood Care as part of the primary care workforce. The Advanced Modules will seek to embed the practice of Care Navigation with the aim of improving patient access and workforce job satisfaction.
