This presentation will look at the Cardiovascular System; the Immune System and the Inflammatory Response and some of the supplements which can support them. Looking at the research behind those supplements and the specific forms required to get the results we are looking for. We will them move to look at the idea of supplements for Children – why they can be important and the specific nutrients – including vitamins D & DHA – which been researched for their potential benefits on a child’s brain; health and growth.
