About the CPD course
What is DEI and why does it matter to you and your organisation? Interactive program carefully crafted to help every attendee find their personal motivation for implementing specific actions that will contribute to an inclusive workplace. This customisable course and is designed to be a catalyst of a series of light-bulb moments: you will learn the contribution you make to the culture of your team; non-inclusive behaviours; raise self-awareness; explore diversity; equity and inclusion in the context of our roles as people leaders and practical actions that look internally (at personal development) and externally (to build a more inclusive team).
