Nurse Development Program Tier 3 - will develop their skills to become a Nurse Reviewer for nurses during a routine field visit. The Nurse Supervisor will support the nurse in the field to review their quality of independent working against competencies; protocols; policies and company values. To support newly qualified/return to practise nurses during the preceptorship programme.
