About the CPD course

This course has been developed following the impact of Awwab’s Law on the social housing and private rented sector. Landlords are now compelled; by law; to fix their homes within strict time limits; including damp and mould issues; and this is being monitored by the Government’s Department; the Regulator of Social Housing; and the Housing Ombudsman. The course will inform tenants; to raise their awareness of damp and mould properties in their homes.
