About the CPD course
The NWEA are expanding their Endoscopy Admin & Clerical training programme with a new Train the Admin & Clerical Trainers (TACT) course. This course is suitable for those working in an Endoscopy setting in a training; supervisory or management role. Additionally; those seeking to progress into a role which would include training duties would benefit from attendance. We will cover: Principles of Effective Training (including worthwhile induction); Performing Actionable Training Needs Analyses; Conducting 1-1 Training (including aligning agendas and providing feedback); Delivering Group Training. This course is a pre-requisite for joining the NWEA in a faculty role for A&C courses.
The North West Endoscopy Academy is an NHSE funded organisation which delivers bespoke courses across the Cheshire & Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Lancashire & South Cumbria deaneries. We are partnered with CPD to provide accredited courses for Administration & Clerical staffing which are taught against the national competency framework. We are seeking to expand this partnership to include Decontamination courses in the near future. We also deliver BCSA\JAG
accredited courses for Medical and Nursing staff groups.
