About the CPD course

The aim of the programme is to up-skill the learner in digital capabilities and skills transfer. The programme focuses on core person centred digital skills to enable individuals to thrive and grow in a digital society. A strong focus on coaching and mentoring is adopted to encourage the accurate behaviour in skills transfer. Digital Champions will be able to support work colleagues and individuals outside of work with digital skills and adoption forming high performing teams that are ready for any digital transformational change.

Northern Care Alliance

The Northern Care Alliance is an NHS Foundation Trust (NCA FT) created by bringing together two NHS Trusts, Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust and The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. The NCA FT was formally established on 1 October 2021. The NCA has been working together as a group since 2016.
