About the CPD course

The circular economy is seen as the solution to many of the sustainability issues faced within construction: and designers need information on how they can incorporate this into their projects. This seminar will introduce the principles of the circular economy: where timber fits into this: and why sourcing timber responsibly is important. It will also discuss in detail various facets of the circular economy and how various timber products can assist in delivering the final outcome. Finally; it will introduce alternative business models that could be used to ensure end-of-life recovery.
