Mental Health Champions – Foundation Programme is an online programme to support your understanding of how to foster and lead a positive mental health and wellbeing approach in schools and youth communities. There are four modules; Understanding Mental Health and Wellbeing; Nature and Nurture; How can I help?; Mental Health; everybody’s business. We aim for you to understand mental health development as an element of child development and consider behaviour as a learned response to early experiences. Through this we hope to impart that positive mental health is nurtured in schools and youth communities.
Place2Be is a children's mental health charity providing school-based support and in-depth training programmes to improve the emotional wellbeing of pupils, families, teachers and school staff. We equip people with the skills and experience they need to understand and support mental health, and make a real difference to the lives of children and young people.
