The Impact Accelerator assists sustainability managers; who are currently grappling with the challenging task of implementing effective strategies amidst a lack of clear guidance and community support. Our goal is to help them transition from feeling overwhelmed by insufficient processes and transparency; frustrated by resistance and barriers; and professionally isolated; to becoming empowered leaders capable of enacting substantial and meaningful sustainability change. ‘The Impact Accelerator Community’ provides crucial tools; mentorship; and a collaborative network; empowering each participant to move from uncertainty to successfully spearheading significant environmental initiatives within their organisations and the wider community.
