About the CPD course
The aim of this workshop is to provide candidates with sufficient knowledge and skills to competently commence basic life support (Adult and Paediatric) until further medical assistance arrives. The workshop also provides candidates with information on how to safely use an AED (Automatic External Defibrillator); how to administer oxygen via use of a pocket mask and/or Bag-Valve-Mask; choking and the initial assessment and management of anaphylaxis.
