I Am'' is a short course aimed at 18-25-year-olds who have an interest in psychology and personal development. We use a psychoeducation model to support personal development: whilst teaching key psychological principles. During the course: participants will learn more about perception: the conscious and unconscious mind: and the influence they have on daily life. The facilitators will provide participants with opportunities to implement learning into their own journeys: as well as using activities and discussions to explore concepts in more depth.
Established in 2011, Project 507 has eight years of experience working in both custody and community settings. We currently hold contracts across London, Essex and the South East of England working with young people under the age of 25. Our custodial experience involves work in YOI Aylesbury, HMP Belmarsh, YOI Cookham Wood, HMP Downview, YOI Feltham, HMP/YOI Holloway, HMP/YOI Isis and HMP Woodhill.
