Improve ONE thing is an approach to Quality Improvement which is about finding the right balance of theory and practice. We've designed our courses to focus on ONE area of improvement at a time to build participants understanding and confidence. Our instructors support participants to identify and describe a problem to work on; practice using improvement tools and techniques; implement small cycles of change and measure whether changes have made a difference to patient care. Improve ONE thing courses can be tailored for different audiences.
