We believe that each young person should learn skills that will set them up for life; equip them with tools and knowledge that will enable them to develop emotional literacy; interpersonal skills; deference and good social values. Values such as determination; discipline; empathy; forgiveness; conflict resolution; authenticity; respect; integrity; justice; strength; honesty; community and responsibility. The programme includes modules on healthy relationships and lifestyles; career pathways; social values; pro social identity and emotional literacy and critical thinking. These activities delivered through 1:1 as well as group sessions enable young people to consider how their lifestyles impact on their situation and self-esteem.
Reach Every Generation supports young people involved in or at risk of criminal exploitation, serious violence, and gangs. We provide the opportunity for a better future, with programmes and diversionary activities that enable them to find a new path and the skills to get there. Through our specialist centre in Essex, our team provide alternative provision, 1:1 coaching and mentoring and vocational skills training to young people. With facilities including a gym, music studio, games room and workshops, attendees can develop their skills and confidence in a safe and nurturing setting. We also support professionals to improve their practice through training, locality reviews and consultancy.
