Regulation: Theory; Strategy and Practice

This 8-week online certificate course is designed to provide students with a firm grounding in the key features and processes of regulatory strategy; and offers them the skills to think critically about how regulation ought to be designed and evaluated. The course considers regulation from a practical and multi-disciplinary perspective; while still drawing from fully-researched academic material; and aligning theory and practice. It draws on experience from a host of sectors but is tied to none; therefore allowing students from a range of industries and nationalities to gain highly transferable skills and remain up to date in an increasingly dynamic field.
