An option of E-learning online training or 1-1 based training on the prevention; assessment and management of skin tears. Skin Tears are common however often neglected. This course enables carers build their confidence in recognising and diagnosing skin tears to prevent serious complications such as infection and pain. It will also teach how to correctly clean and dress a skin tear to prevent further trauma.
