About the CPD course
This Level 2 (Advanced) course follows on from the introductory Level 1 course and covers more advanced topics. The Level 1 course is aimed at non-statisticians in the pharmaceutical industry to facilitate the understanding of statistical concepts and methods used in the design and analysis of clinical studies. The Level 2 course is aimed at the same target audience and has the same primary objective as the Level 1 course but covers a broader and more in-depth range of topics.
Richard is Honorary Visiting Professor at the School of Pharmacy, University of Cardiff and has served as an External Examiner for the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine course in Clinical Trials and currently serves as External Examiner for the MSc programmes in Pharmaceutical Medicine (Medicines Development Science) at Kings College, London. In 2019 Richard was awarded the President’s Medal by the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine for his outstanding contribution to pharmaceutical medicine.
