About the CPD course
This one day course has been designed to understand and respond to the training needs of multidisciplinary practitioners who are key to identifying; safeguarding and responding to the complex needs of children subjected to both domestic and international trafficking. Delegates will explore how trafficking works and examine the policy instruments that aim to combat it. Research evidence will be explored to understand the concept of vulnerability and the impact of this form of exploitation on children and young people. Finally; the day concludes with delegates identifying how they can transfer their learning back into practice in their organisation.
