Defensible Documentation Training

This 2-hour multi-disciplinary course is aimed at all staff who have access to patients’ records; including but not exhaustively; administration staff; doctors; nurses; and pharmacy staff. The training session aims to improve participants’ understanding of the necessity to accurately record their contact with patients through their health records; including those managing a patients care and any individual receiving further information regarding the patients care; who will in turn add to a patients record. It will equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to ensure the records are clearly understandable for any further care offered by a colleague.
