A train the trainer programme which will enable individuals to deliver and assess moving and handling training within their own environments; using evidence-based techniques and current legislation. The curriculum contains assessing delegates and peers covering industry-specific needs; addressing poor practices; and effective T.I.L.E Risk Assessment. Delegates will learn about different teaching styles and learning styles; the importance of documentation and how to prepare training materials. Successful candidates will receive a starter pack with industry-compliant materials.
