About the CPD course

Alongside knowing your responsibilities in safeguarding others; it's important to help them understand their rights and risks; and how they can safeguard themselves. This course helps with that element of safeguarding. Focused on working in ways that protects and promotes the rights and interests of all parties; looking at safe work practices and recognising factors of vulnerability; and minimise the risks. Youll cover the legal frameworks which protect us all along with how to make a referral and report any concerns or disclosures to the relevant bodies. It also looks at the barriers to disclosures with strategies for overcoming them.
