About the CPD course
ShapeUp4Life is a 12-week group programme which is run in groups both face-to-face in community settings and as live on-line groups. The sessions are interactive; practical and discussion based. This 3-day course equips trainers with the knowledge & skills required to deliver this behaviour change programme. Content takes account of the diverse range of trainer backgrounds and mixed skill set. Over 3 days participants are introduced to the evidence base and practical delivery of nutrition interventions; behaviour change strategies and supporting increased physical activity levels.
