About the CPD course
Participant will gain a strong working knowledge of project management and be able to immediately use that knowledge to effectively manage projects; motivate and lead people; and implement effective project management processes. Develop the skills needed for successfully planning; managing; and delivering projects of any size and scope. This training is suitable for anyone who may go onto lead projects; be involved in projects and or who have little or no knowledge of Project Management. Qualified project managers could still benefit from the training and would be welcome to attend the training.
