About the CPD course
Design Thinking is an improvement and product development method for use within organisations and/or new ventures. The 5 stage process aims to define problems and create and test new ideas in a customer centric approach. The 5 stages are used sequentially and there are practical tools at each stage which can be used. This CPD content will introduce the Design Thinking process and cover some of the tools which can be used.
