Major Incident/Security Exercise

A one-day exercise to provide a refresher re the Joint Emergency Services Interoperability Principles (JESIP); Joint Decision Model (JDM) and International Ship and Port Security (ISPS). Followed by a multi-level paper feed exercise to simulate a complex Major Incident response followed by a comprehensive de-brief. Aimed at individuals who may be required to undertake a command role; at Strategic (Gold); Tactical (Silver) or Operational (Bronze) levels. Raising awareness re the different aspects of the command structure (including multi agency working) to seek learning around areas of improvement. Identifying key recommendations during the exercise and in a report provided afterwards.
