This programme will teach you the skills and methodologies required for facilitating and coaching small groups of up to eight or ten people. You will learn some of the key skills required to facilitate groups; gain insight into group dynamics and spend time exploring what you need to think about whilst creating inclusive and equitable groups. You will learn some specific methodologies including Action learning Sets and exercises from positive psychology. The training is all online and is a mix of self-paced and live experiential learning in a warm and welcoming environment.
